The Capability Stack
One Engagement Model. Whatever the Business Actually Needs.
No tiered SKUs to decode, no platform to license — every project is scoped to the real problem, engineered through The OWNED Method™, and billed the same simple way.
Get started
EchoFrame Pulse™ — Workflow Discovery & Opportunity Mapping
A focused first visit to take the operation's pulse: see how work actually moves through the business today and build a plain-language list of what's worth fixing first.
Financial operations
Bookkeeping & Financial Workflow Automation
Deposit matching, bank and card reconciliation, bill intake and approval routing, payroll entry prep — built to sit cleanly inside QuickBooks or whatever the books already run on.
Multi-Entity & Intercompany Tracking
For owners running more than one business or tax ID: a master view across entities without blending the books.
Operations
Process & Workflow Automation
Repetitive, manual work in spreadsheets, inboxes, or between disconnected tools, rebuilt as a dependable automated workflow.
Customer Communication & Lead Follow-Up
AI-assisted intake, scheduling, and follow-up so leads and customer messages stop sitting unanswered.
Reporting & Owner Dashboards
One clean, current view of how the business is doing, built from the systems already in place — no new software to buy.
Team enablement
Staff Training
Hands-on training so the team can run and extend what's built, not just click the button someone else wired up.
Systems & Security Review
A clear-eyed look at who can access what, so as the business grows, its data grows more secure right alongside it.
Stay current
EchoFrame Continuum™ — Ongoing AI Consulting
Month to month, by the hour: troubleshooting, new automations as they come up, and staying current on whatever the newest useful AI tools can do for the business.
How Engagement Works
| What | How it's billed |
|---|---|
| First conversation | Free — a focused 20-30 minute call to confirm the workflow is real and worth solving. No mapping, no design work, no bill. |
| Professional time | $40/hour, billed for actual hours worked — including paid discovery when a workflow is too complex to scope on the free call |
| Travel fee | Required for any onsite engagement — this is what it takes to get me there in person. The exact figure depends on where you're located and gets confirmed directly once we talk. |
| Onsite food stipend | $50/day for any day worked onsite at a client location |
No fixed packages, no public checkout. Every project gets a written quote after a short conversation about the actual problem, scoped to the hours it will realistically take.
What happens after the quote
Written quote
A scoped estimate confirming the hours, plus travel and stipend if the work is onsite, before anything begins.
Agreement
Scope and terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Kickoff
Work starts on the agreed date; hours are billed as they're actually worked.
Invoice
Invoiced for hours worked plus any travel and stipend.
Frequently asked questions
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The initial discovery call is free — 20-30 minutes to confirm the workflow is real and automation is the right answer. If it's complex enough to need real mapping, that discovery work is billed at the standard hourly rate before any implementation begins.
Do you only train teams?
No. Training only exists to transfer ownership of something real — a workflow that's already been mapped, built, or actively designed. Training without an underlying system is just a workshop, and that's not what gets sold here.
Do you require ChatGPT or Claude?
No single AI vendor gets picked by default. Every workflow is evaluated on cost, reliability, data handling, and maintenance burden — the model or tool is chosen to fit that, never the other way around.
Will AI replace staff?
EchoFrame isn't sold as a headcount-replacement service. The engagement is built around measurable operating outcomes and clear ownership — what a business does with the capacity it creates afterward is a business decision, not something baked into the workflow.
Can you use sensitive data?
Only after the data is classified, the right controls and vendor terms are confirmed, and the scope is agreed in writing. Some sensitive workflows get declined outright rather than forced through inadequate controls.
Who owns the work?
The client owns the delivered system, its documentation, and the ability to run and extend it. EchoFrame keeps its own reusable methods and background tools, the same way any consultant keeps their own playbook — the written agreement spells out exactly where that line sits.
Can you guarantee savings?
No. Value gets estimated from the current workflow using conservative assumptions, then measured after implementation. Reclaimed time is capacity, not automatically cash — treating it as guaranteed savings would be dishonest.
